Update as of Aug 14, 2023. David Matthews the Buttigieg connected criminal businessman who built the Commerce Center in South Bend has been sued by the city for fraud. He currently has multiple lawsuits pending. I've ben saying he was a crook for years but no one in South Bend cared until now.
